My first visit to Topsail was incredibly enjoyable and super relaxing. Every room in the condo has a great view of the beach and the beach is wonderful. It was never crowded which is a huge plus for me (but maybe that's because it was off season?). The condo itself is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. It is exactly as listed and the owner was really pleasant to work with. We found some good restaurants and some fun places to visit fairly close by. I'd definitely go back to this same condo. I've traveled all over the world and have never met nicer people than those in North Carolina!

Just wanted to thank you for letting us rent your beach condo. We had a great time and the weather was wonderful. Also wanted to let you know that your condo had the youngest guest ever. Our daughter went into labor on September 15th we sat around the pool all afternoon. Then on the Tuesday morning of September 16th at 9:33 baby Angelina arrived at the Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, N.C. She spent all day Thursday and Friday with use at your condo. This is our first Grandchild and we could not have picked a better vacation rental.
