From Memorial thru labor day The unit rents Sat
- Sat. The rents are based on off, mid to peak season. During off season you can stay as little or as long as you'd like.
For months, or a few days. We prefer a minimum of three days.
There
is a refundable security deposit. Linens are optional for $55 for the week.
To secure the date, we would
need dates requested, # of guests, a credit card for a deposit – visa or master card, your mailing address and a cell
and home.
